Point of contact (Digital Services Act)

Address is the operator's single point of contact within the meaning of Art. 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 – for Member State authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and users. We accept correspondence in Polish, German and English.

Consumer dispute resolution

The Operator is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
